Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused.
It must be in the same condition as it was received.
It must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer unless instructed.
Items that cannot be returned include:
Perishable goods
Flowers, newspapers, and magazines
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, VHS, software, video games, vinyl, etc.)
Items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a standard number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.
Contact your bank—processing delays are common.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, email us at:
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
